The Wright Brothers took photos in and around their hometown of Dayton, Ohio prior to heading to the Outer Banks of North Carolina to test their flying machines. In many cases, damages to the original glass-plate negatives have been "cleaned up" for the Kitty Hawk film project and are included here for your private use only.
